Woocommerce Split Order

The Split Orders extension allows you to process and ship part of a customer’s order separately. You can choose the number of items that will be divided into a new order, which will be assigned to the same customer and will have the same shipping and billing information.

Examples of use

With Split Orders you can flexibly deal with different order situations, among others:

• When you have an order that only part of it is ready for shipment or that contains backordered products. With the Split Orders plugin , you don’t have to keep the customer waiting: split the delayed items into a new order to be able to ship the products you have available.
• When you use different couriers for different parts of an order and want to attach tracking information to each shipment. Split the order to match shipments and attach tracking information to all orders using shipment tracking .
• When the customer requests that part of an order be sent to a different address. Split those items into a new order, update the shipping address, and process the orders separately.

The fact of being able to divide the orders will allow you to control the management and shipments. Customers will appreciate a part of an order that is already ready for shipment being delivered quickly. Likewise, they will take into consideration that you can adapt flexibly to their shipping needs.
