Garudeya.com is a platform for sellers to connect with buyers for digital products. We are not responsible for the content or quality of any products offered by sellers on our marketplace. Each seller is solely responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property rights.
If you encounter any product that you believe violates copyright, contains inappropriate content, or otherwise breaches our terms, please report it immediately using the “Report Abuse” button on the product listing or by contacting us directly.
2. Refunds and Returns
We understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out as planned. However, refund requests for digital products are subject to approval by both the seller and Garudeya.com. To request a refund, please contact the seller directly.
To be considered for a refund, your request must be accompanied by a valid and non-harmful reason. Examples of valid reasons may include:
- Product malfunction or not functioning as described
- Missing or incomplete product files
- Accidental duplicate purchase
Please note that refund approval has a maximum deadline of 5 days after the date of purchase. If this time limit is exceeded, funds cannot be returned for any reason.
