Bookly Custom Fields (Add-on) is a powerful tool that enhances the functionality of the popular Bookly appointment booking system. This add-on allows businesses to gather specific information from their clients by adding custom fields to the booking form.

Important: This Addon requires the Bookly PRO installed and activated.

Would you like to collect additional information during the booking process? The standard required fields included in the default Bookly PRO booking form are the name, phone number, email address, and appointment notes.

With this Add-on, you can add extra fields of different types to the Details step of the Bookly booking form. This feature allows you to gather more specific information from your clients before they complete their booking. The custom fields will be added to the appointment details in the Bookly Calendar, and can be updated if necessary.

Here are some key features and functionalities of this Add-on:

1. Customizable Fields: You have the flexibility to create as many fields as necessary. You can select from various types of questions, designate them as required or optional, and seamlessly integrate them into the Details step of the booking process.
2. Service-Specific Fields: If you enable the “Bind fields to services” option, you can create service-specific custom fields. This functionality allows you to request different information based on the specific service your client is booking.
3. Merge Fields: To prevent duplicates of custom fields at the Details step (for example, when customers book multiple instances of the service), you can enable the feature to merge them into a single field.
4. Email Notifications: All reservation details will be automatically added to your Bookly Calendar. Moreover, this information can be included in email notifications for both your staff members and customers by inserting the {custom_fields} code into the email body.
